About Cabernet Construction

Although Cabernet Construction has been building in Summit County since 1998, the President of Cabernet Construction, Mr. Tom Eble, has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. In Summit County alone, Mr. Eble has supervised the construction of more than 150 condominium/town home units and more than 35 single-family homes.

This experience has resulted in a wealth of knowledge on building custom homes in the sometimes difficult environment of the Rocky Mountains. Knowledge results in foresight, and foresight helps keep projects running on schedule and on  budget.

What You Can Expect From Us

Our business relies on our customers. We strongly believe that communication is the one greatest tool that leads to project success. We have personnel on site every day during active construction and are always available to answer questions and meet with your architect.

With Cabernet Construction, there is no 'chain-of-command' that you must navigate to get answers. Call Mr. Eble directly and if the answer is not immediately available, he will get right back with you just as soon as possible.

Another advantage of the missing chain-of-command is the low overhead it affords the company. This means more for your construction dollar. Better quality materials, better fit and finish, and ultimately the highest value property when completed.

Where We Do Business

Cabernet Construction is focused primarily in Summit County, Colorado. This includes the communities of Silverthorne, Dillon, Breckenridge, Frisco, and Keystone.
